dc.description	In the article the up-to-date situation of education is analyzed, the new model of education &ndash; open education which answers to the lifelong learning principles and aims and to actual requirements of society, considering the use of information and communication technologies in education is considered; creation and development of such phenomena as the open educational environment, which is based on principles of open education is analyzed, there are conceptualized and determined such terms as &laquo;uniform educational space&raquo; and &laquo;global information space of education systems&raquo;.<br>У статті аналізується сучасний стан системи освіти, розглядається нова модель освіти &ndash; відкрита освіта, яка відповідає принципам та цілям освіти впродовж життя та нагальним потребам сучасності з огляду на використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освіті; проаналізовано створення та розвиток таких явищ, як відкрите навчальне середовище, що базується на принципах відкритої освіти, концептуалізуються та розкриваються поняття &laquo;єдиний освітній простір&raquo; та &laquo;глобальний інформаційний простір системи освіти&raquo;.
