In the article on the base of the concept of L.N. Gumilev universal pattern is formulated, it is have a biosocial character and in many respects determines the political dynamics. There are used the following key features of this concept: 1) ethnos - is biosocial community, the development of which is determined by the passionarity - time-varying physical (energy) parameter having the biological nature. 2) ethnos and polity it creates are part of one whole dynamic; 3) the success of the polity in the ethnic group depends on the level of its passionarity. There are revealed shortcomings of the concept of L.N. Gumilev: 1) mutation hypothesis about genesis of passionarity is vulnerable for criticism; 2) the law relates the change of passionarity in time with the political dynamics is not formulated. In order to address these shortcomings there are proposed the hypothesis of heterotic basis of passionarity. Based on this hypothesis, given the explanation for the existence of different types of energy, changes in the structure of share of the population affects the political dynamics. Formulated a universal law, determines the change - a numerical algorithm of ethnopolygenesis. Numerical algorithm may be of interest to researchers engaged in political forecasting. |
