RESUMEN: Este trabajo se ocupa del pacto escolar del artículo 27 de la Constitución situándolo en el marco de la transición política, intervalo de tiempo en que se producen grandes cambios y que constituye el contexto propio del consenso constitucional. En este trabajo el consenso en educación aparece como fruto de una dura negociación entre los principios de igualdad y libertad, lo que explica la situación actual, dotada de una gran complejidad.<br /><br /> ABSTRACT: This paper deals with the educational agreement reached on the article 27 of the Constitution in the period of the political transition, a time of deep changes that constituted the context of the constitutional consensus. In this work this consensus is characterised in education as a hard bargain between the principles of equity and freedom, that still presents today a big complexity. |
