The main objective of study was to identify and to compare the social and psychological characteristics of the two companies’ employees that have been and have not been exposed by mobbing. A method or methodology of work An analysis of the mean socio-psychological characteristics' values of the two companies’ employees that have been and have not been exposed by mobbing. Results In investigation companies the employees targeted to "challenge" for which a significant indicator of career development is victory and the achievement of high results in the profession, less adapted in the companies, with high level of creativity and a strong demand in goals' achieving are more exposed to mobbing. Practical implications The results can be applied by HR specialists and managers of different companies in order to stabilize employees in organizations. General management and the employees of HR Department should realize the significance of organizational mobbing processes and an essential destabilizing factor. They should work on prevention, detection on the "embryonic stage" and eliminating of these phenomena in order to stabilize the most effective employees. |
