dc.description O artigo se propõe a discutir a educação das pessoas consideradas portadoras de deficiência, focalizando mais detidamente a educação dos indivíduos que apresentam seqüelas motoras. Nesse sentido, discute as possibilidades de acesso ao conhecimento sistematizado, a partir de uma contextualização histórica. Aborda a relação dos homens com o conhecimento ao mesmo tempo em que relaciona a educação com a categoria trabalho. Discute o movimento de integração das pessoas consideradas portadoras de deficiência à rede regular de ensino em meio às políticas neoliberais.<br>This paper discusses the education of people considered handicapped and their possibilities of having access to systematic knowledge. Therefore, it approaches the school organization and the relationship with knowledge, connects education with work and, at last, discusses the integration of this questions in a neoliberal politics context, avoiding and abstract reading and defending a historicas approach.
