The role and importance of the retail banking business in the banking sector continueto grow. The current state of the retail banking business is considered and specific features of this area in the face of growing demand for banking products and services by the public and interest from lending institutions are identified by the article. Purpose:Research of current state of retail banking business and detection specific features of this area. Methodology:In the process of analysis and researchof the question the methods of economical and statistical analysis, methods of comparison and generalizationwereused. Results:The conclusion is that interest in the retail banking business continues to grow.There were revealed the role and the importance of standardized service processes and standardized products and services delivering as one of the main line of development in the segment of retail business. |
