dc.description	Com ênfase especial no conceito de interação que emerge, com força e expressão, do uso das tecnologias da informação e da comunicação, este estudo analisa essa questão no campo específico das práticas educativas, tendo por objeto a comunicação entre participantes de um fórum de discussão on-line, que se faz sob o título de prática interativa para promover intercâmbio de informações e de experiências. Do ponto de vista teórico, as relações entre os participantes são analisadas segundo categorias da teoria da ação comunicativa, de Jürgen Habermas, em interlocução com a classificação dos discursos proposta por Eni Orlandi. A análise realizada permite afirmar que, se de um lado, esses ambientes autoproclamados interativos (como chats e grupos de discussão on-line) mostram-se como recursos potenciais para transformar as relações sociais, de outro, esses mesmos recursos podem ser utilizados para reforçar relações de poder, servindo menos para a interação e mais para consolidar idéias e propostas que se quer efetivar.<br>This study gives a special emphasis on the concept of interaction that emerges with force and expression from the use of the technologies of information and communication. It focuses on the specific field of educational practices by analyzing the communication among participants of an on-line forum, an interactive practice to promote exchanges of information and experiences. From the theoretical point of view, the relationships among the participants are analyzed according to the categories of Jürgen Haberma's theory of communicative action in dialogue with the speech categories proposed by Eni Orlandi. This analysis allows us to affirm that if the so called interactive spaces (as chats and on-line groups of discussion) are potential resources for the transformation of social relationships. Yet, these same resources can be used to reinforce power relationships, thus serving more to consolidate ideas and propositions that one wants to execute than to promote interaction.
