dc.description El artículo está integrado por dos partes. La primera parte presenta los aspectos de mayor relevancia de la Teoría de los Sistemas Sociales de Niklas Luhmann con su condición paradigmática neosistémica. En la segunda parte, esta teoría, complementada con desarrollos contemporáneos en educación, pedagogía y administración, se constituye en marco de referencia para un modelo que atienda la crisis de la integración institucional en el nivel básico del sistema de educación colombiana. El modelo en referencia contribuye a la gestión escolar inteligente y, desde la micropolítica escolar, propone nuevos desarrollos de la geopedagogía. Este avance, presentado en el marco de la consolidación de una línea de Investigación, contribuye al debate en el campo de la pedagogía y la educación.<br>Este artigo compreende duas partes. A primeira apresenta aos aspectos de maior importância na teoria dos sistemas sociais, de Niklas Luhmann, com sua condição paradigmática neosistêmica. A segunda apresenta esta teoria complementada com desenvolvimentos contemporâneos na educação, a pedagogia e administração. Assim, é constituída em quadro de referência para um modelo que enfrente a crise da integração institucional no nível básico do sistema de educação em Colômbia. Este modelo contribui à administração escolar inteligente e, desde a micro política escolar, propõe novos desenvolvimentos da geopedagogia.<br>The article contains two parts. The first looks at the more relevant aspects of Niklas Luhmann's theory of social systems, with its neo-systematic paradigmatic condition. In the second part, this theory - supplemented with contemporary developments in education, learning and administration - provides a frame of reference for a model to deal with the crisis in institutional integration at the elementary level of the school system in Colombia . The model in question contributes to intelligent school management and, from the standpoint of school micro-policy, it proposes new developments in geopedagogy.
