The paper deals with providing and receiving feedback in the process of education. Regarding the theoretical knowledge the author discusses essential feedback characteristics and gives specific suggestions for giving feedback. The reception of feedback as well as the self-reflection effect on the part of the student constitute important stages. Self-reflection has a key role in the acquisition and development of knowledge, skills and attitudes.Příspěvek je zaměřen na poskytování a příjem zpětné vazby v procesu výuky. Na základě teoretických východisek přechází autor k nutným vlastnostem zpětné vazby a konkrétním námétům při jejím poskytování. Důležitou etapu tvoří příjem zpětné vazby a její žádoucí výsledek, kterým je sebereflexe žáka. Sebereflexe hraje důležitou roli při osvojování si a rozvíjení znalostí, dovedností a postojů. |
