dc.description	A realidade do sistema prisional é bastante complexa. Tratando-se da questão da educação profissional, deparamo-nos com polêmicas, limites e desafios. A atividade remunerada da mulher em regime de privação de liberdade define-se como uma perspectiva de retorno ao convívio social, porém neste processo emergem muitas contradições que identificamos no processo investigativo. O estudo aponta resultados significativos que refletem as expressões sociais da desigualdade social, a condição de classe destas mulheres em conflito com a lei, os limites da política social nas fronteiras do capitalismo e os diversos aspectos da alienação que limitam as perspectivas de uma possível reinserção social. É no contexto da análise destas contradições que se expressam os sentidos da atividade laborativa para as mulheres presidiárias do sistema penitenciário do Estado do Ceará, Brasil. Assim, acumulamos informações e reflexões sobre as ideias da ressocialização pela profissionalização, hoje apontada como uma das perspectivas de reintegração social das presidiárias.The reality of the prison system is quite complex. With regard to the issue of professional education, we are faced with controversy, limitations and challenges. The gainful employment of women under the deprivation of freedom is defined as a prospect of return to social life, but from this process many contradictions that we have identified in the investigative process emerge. The study shows significant results that reflect the social expressions of social inequality, the class condition of these women in conflict with the law, the limits of social policy at the frontiers of capitalism and the various aspects of alienation that limit the prospects for a possible social reinsertion. It is in the context of the analysis of these contradictions that the sense of the labor activity for women inmates in the prison system of the State of Ceará, Brazil, is expressed. Thus, we accumulate information and reflections on the ideas of rehabilitation by professionalization, today considered one of the prospects for social reintegration of prisoners.
