dc.description The realization of experimental work to determine the effectiveness of pedagogical situation, which contributes to the students’ law literacy forming process (updating of knowledge through inclusion of law information to the educational process, simulation of law situations and development of interest to the study of law) is reviewed in the article. The purpose of study is to estimate the effectiveness of the situation proposed by us. The originality of study consists in experimental verification of the set of pedagogical conditions which provide the effectiveness of students’ law literacy forming process. The main method of experimental work was the pedagogical experiment. The obtained data show that the results of survey in the control and experimental groups differ statistically. At that, the results in the experimental group where all the pedagogical conditions proposed by us were implemented are higher than in the experimental groups where only two conditions in various combinations were tested. The experiment proves the effectiveness and sufficiency of the chosen pedagogical conditions. The achieved results can be used in pedagogical studies.
