In the article the concept "money" is presented in Russian and French paremiology, the concept "money" is shown as similar mental essence of native speakers of French and of Russian, the analysis and the classification of similar paremias is carried out. The purpose of our research consisted in studying the ways of expression of the concept "money" in Russian and French paremiology for representation of this concept as a fragment of a conceptual picture of two cultures. We analysed and classified 73 Russian and 55 French paremias containing judgments about money. As a basis for this classification there were singled out the equivalence of Russian paremias by French and the same process on the contrary, and also their thematic variety. As a result of this work we allocated the two following groups of paremias containing judgments about money: Paremias similar in meaning, use and lexical content, and paremias similar in meaning and use, but different in lexical content. Comparison of these two groups of paremias allowed us to track the general in judgments about money for native French and Russian speakers, and also to show parallel and similar ways of expression of the concept "money" in two languages. |
