In this study, leadership implementations pointed out by different authors in the literature had been collected and integrated in a new eclectic conceptual framework. The study was based on literature search and integration method. In this scope, first, the distributed leadership implementations were defined on the base of relevant literature. In this period, it was determined that four researchers especially pointed out these techniques in their articles. At the second period, each author's opinions had been analyzed its own in and later synthesized with others in a conceptual framework. In this resolving process, the hierarchical concept mapping technique was used. The new design was showed on a table and discussed on the base of literature. New design is thought to be beneficial any kind of leadership capacity development in the base of theory and practice. |
