dc.description The current expanding demand of the professionals requires elaboration of the modern effective practice-based psychologists training systems. The article deals with the question of the creative approach in the psychological practice and in the consultation and readiness to the professional activity of the would-be Psychologists. The author discloses the nature of the creative readiness components and also professional creative work concept, sets professionally important qualities and skills of a psychologist, which are necessary for the personal and professional formation.
