dc.description The article examines the main mechanisms for the transfer of political power in modern China. The analysis of such mechanisms is an important issue with a high scientific, political and social value, which is mostly determined by the fact that insti-tutional practices of power transfer within the states with authoritarian regimes are unexampled in a modern world.
