Theoretical fundamentalses and practical recommendations on draft on funds of physical training are construed at functional violations of a cervicothoracic department of a backbone. 30 students participated in research. It is proved, that application of a procedure of a reflex myorelaxation essentially reduces a muscle tone, promotes recovering of a normal dynamic stereotype. It is established, that offered two-phasal nature of exercise allows to stretch and relax maximum efficiently muscles - rotators of a neck (in conditions of minimization lobing counteractions of muscles - extensors of a backbone). |
