dc.description The learning effects depend on many factors, including the use of organisational forms of education. The aim of this study was to determine the type of teaching forms in technic lessons in selected schools. Effective ways of teaching are those that allow pupils a better perception of some problems, to verify, and to draw conclusions. In this case are alternate applicable forms of work unit as well as collective and group teaching techniques very effective. The teaching content characteristics makes the pupils eager to use the possibility of extra-curricular and after-school activities and helps to find an opportunity to develop their passions. The commitment of teachers is beneficial for the development of the interests of pupils, and thereby, helps to develop there’s personality. Important contributions to the effectiveness of teaching have the form and the content of transfer. It is appropriate to conduct classes in small groups. Teaching methods used to achieve the highest education efficiency consider pupils learning abilities. Teachers often use the conventional teaching methods (verbal and practical exercises). The structured, planed and conscious active teaching method is mostly regarded as effective and learning process accelerating. An occasional application of activating teaching methods justify a reduction in the quality of knowledge transfer for making the form more attractive
