dc.description Information technology has a powerful impact on learning and the central idea of the current e-learning technologies is to provide users the ability to use and reuse of learning objects, which must be compatible with the learning management systems and with any other future technology from that field. The success of new learning technologies is related to student-centered learning approach, on skills which will be acquired as a result of learning. Their establishment is in close accordance with the didactic objectives of teaching the lessons. From informatics point of view the content to be taught in terms of components-based learning, which the existing software components are assembled into an application in such a way that they interact to get a predefined functionality. The components can react depending on the architecture where they are assembled. According to semantic model, the learning components can be assembled by manually, so as to provide a great opportunity for both students and teachers to exercise their creativity and vision. New information technologies, as component-oriented programming or service-oriented architecture, allow the easy handling and composition of learning objects even by non specialists, teachers who prepare their lessons according to their vision, or students who can practice the knowledge acquired solving the variants of problems studied.
