We consider the theoretical and methodological foundations of a culture of healthy living individual. It is established that a lack of knowledge, culture, behavior, empathy in pupils, students and adults is the main reason for not maintaining their healthy lifestyle. It is proved that the main factors creating a culture of healthy living is the family, school, college or university. It is established that the effective activation of the educational process need interactive forms of education and physical education teacher concepts of cooperation and active dialogue. Pointed out that the form of cooperation between teacher and student influence to enhance sports and athletic activities of students. Such cooperation provides opportunities invidual creative manifestations of the individual student and teacher. |
