dc.description The article is analyzing the conditionality of political behavior of the youth by the influence of the mass-media, including Internet. The state of the youth on the South of Russia is characterized and some directions of optimization of the work with the youth in the region are emphasized. The main informational mechanisms of forming personal civil merits and civil consciousness of the youth on the South of Russia are revealed.
