dc.description <DIV align=justify>Este relato de experiência refere-se ao trabalho realizado na Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná – UNIOESTE, através do projeto de pesquisa e extensão, intitulado “Educação e Saúde: a interdisciplinaridade como desafio”. O mesmo foi realizado coletivamente, envolvendo professores e acadêmicos dos Cursos de Enfermagem e Pedagogia desta instituição, junto com alunos e professores da pré-escola à quarta série de uma escola da periferia de Cascavel – PR. O trabalho teve como objetivo a reflexão sobre as possibilidades de construção de uma articulação efetiva entre as áreas de educação e saúde e contribuir com a superação da concepção simplista de que “é preciso ser sadio para ter boa aprendizagem”, atribuindo à saúde as razões do fracasso escolar e de que “é preciso ser culto (não ignorante) para ter saúde”, atribuindo à não escolarização as razões do fracasso na saúde. <p><DIV align=justify>This report of experience refers to the work accomplished in the State University of the West of Paraná - UNIOESTE, through the research project and extension, entitled "Education and Health: the interdisciplinaridade as challenge". The same was accomplished collectively, involving teachers and academic of the Courses of Enfermagem and Pedagogy of this institution, with students and teachers of the pré-school to the fourth series of a school of the periphery of the Cascavel - PR. The work had as objective the reflection about the possibilities of construction of an effective articulation between the education areas and health and to contribute with the surmount of the simplistic conception that "it is necessary to be healthy to have good learning", attributing to the health the reasons of the school failure and that "is necessary to be learned (not ignorant) to have health", attributing to the non school the reasons of the failure in the health.
