No Brasil a participação do povo no poder tem se limitado a comparecer nas urnas de dois em dois anos. Mesmo na ocasião dos pleitos eleitorais há pessoas que participam mais por temor às sanções à abstenção do que por consciência crítica ou motivações propriamente políticas. A partir desse contexto, a ideologia neoliberal credita à educação escolar a tarefa de formar cidadãos mais ativos e politicamente conscientes. Pesquisa realizada pelo Departamento de Fundamentos da Educação da Universidade Estadual de Maringá propôs um estudo crítico do tema em relevo, à luz de referenciais teóricos marxistas, buscando questionar até que ponto a vinculação entre educação e participação política é pertinente e pode se viabilizar. Partiu-se do pressuposto de que a formação da consciência crítica dá-se na práxis da luta de classes, associada a uma educação socialista emancipatória, formadora do homem omnilateral. Sob o modo de produção capitalista, a escola não passa de um aparelho ideológico do Estado, cujo fim está na manutenção e na reprodução da ordem social burguesa. As propostas de educar para a cidadania nas escolas não farão grande diferença, enquanto a sociedade estiver pautada numa política econômica de orientação capitalista, essencialmente fundamentada na desigualdade, e que obstaculiza as ações populares revolucionárias.In Brazil the participation of the people in the power has if limited to attend in the urns of two in two years. To leave of that context, the liberal ideology credits to the school education the task of forming citizens more active and politically conscious. Research accomplished by the Department of Foundations of the Education of the State University of Maringa it proposed a critical study of the theme in relief, to the light of Marxist theoretical references, looking for to question to what extent the entailment between education and political participation is pertinent and it can be made possible. He/she broke of the presupposition that the formation of the critical conscience feels in the praxis of the fight of classes, associated to an education socialist for emancipation, for to form the man multilateral. Under the way of capitalist production, the school doesn’t pass of an ideological apparel of the State, whose end is in the maintenance and in the reproduction of the bourgeois social order. The proposals of educating for the citizenship in the schools won´t make great difference, while the society be ruled in an economical politics of capitalist orientation, essentially based in the inequality, and that to oppose the revolutionary popular actions. |
