In this paper we propose an exercise for Thermodynamics’ students where they have to analyze the Hard Spheres and Van der Waals mathematical models for the Second Virial Coefficient of Helium and compare them with the experimental data, watching that those models are not good enough. Due to this, we hope that the student will be able to develop an alternative mathematical model to get a better description for experimental data. |
