dc.description	Purpose is to research specification and character in management trade sphere. Methodology. Analytic and synthesis of science know ledges. Results. The role of management specific character in trade sphere becomes more substantial, especially for managers, who create active policy on firm level. Management processes have to be based on economic goal in trade sphere. Practical implications. The foundations of management process in trade sphere have to constitute the system of perspective subgoals and complex of qualitative indices.
