O estudo do pensamento do adulto apresenta algumas particularidades metodológicas que dificultam a investigação. Para a análise das estruturas e dos processos mentais, os pesquisadores da Epistemologia Genética têm por referência o Método Clínico-Crítico ou, simplesmente, Método Clínico. Todavia, os estudos de Piaget e da Escola de Genebra se ocupam, principalmente, do desenvolvimento em termos psicogenéticos, isto é, da evolução intelectual a partir da criança. No caso dos adultos, o Método Clínico precisa sofrer algumas adaptações, pois estes apresentam estruturas e processos de pensamento singulares. Em geral, o raciocínio mais apurado e rápido dos adultos pode levar à abertura de múltiplos possíveis e de incontáveis patamares de hipóteses que se reúnem em quadros dedutíveis simultâneos. É particularmente difícil averiguar um pensamento que pode seguir ao mesmo tempo mais do que um percurso, bem como descartar ligeiramente algumas hipóteses em favor de outras. O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar possibilidades metodológicas de pesquisa que atendam as especificidades do adulto. Em particular, abordaremos a prática do Método Clínico e suas nuances na aplicação com sujeitos maiores de 20 anos. Dada a variedade de operações lógico-matemáticas possíveis, destacaremos a investigação na perspectiva do sujeito psicológico e da construção da significação.<br>The study of the adults' thought has some methodological features that hinder the investigation. For the analysis of structures and mental processes of the researchers are reference Epistemology Genetics Clinical-Critical Method, or simply Clinical Method. However, the studies of Piaget and the Geneva School of dealing, mainly in terms of psychogenetic development i.e. the intellectual development from the child. For adults, the clinical method needs some adjustments because they have structures and processes of thinking individuals. In general, the more accurate and quick thinking of adults can lead to the opening of multiple possible levels and countless chances to meet that deductible in tables simultaneously. It is particularly difficult to find a thought that may follow the same time more than one route, and slightly out some hypotheses in favor of others. This article aims to provide opportunities for methodological research that address the specifities of the adult. In particular, we discuss the clinical practice of the method and its nuances in the application subject to greater of 20 years. Given the variety of logical-mathematical operations possible, we highlight the research of the psychological subject and the construction of meaning. |
