dc.description Resumen:Este artículo registra una experiencia docente, poniendo en práctica el Portafolio Virtual para incorporar el eje ambiental, en el curso Fundamentos de Ecología y Problemática Ambiental, de las carreras de Seguridad Laboral e Higiene Ambiental y de Gestión del Turismo Sostenible del Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Se presenta una conceptualización de la investigación-acción para contextualizar la aplicación en dicha experiencia, la técnica didáctica implementada y los hallazgos registrados, en particular cómo se evidencia la incorporación de la Dimensión Ambiental en el currículo universitario, en las situaciones de aprendizaje facilitadas y realizadas por la población estudiantil.Abstract: This article records a teaching experience on implementing “Portafolio Virtual” or Virtual Portfolio to include the environmental approach into the Ecology Fundamentals and Environmental Issues course, of the Work Safety and Environmental Health and the Sustainable Tourism Management careers in Costa Rica’s Instituto Tecnológico or TEC. A conceptualization of action-research for placing its application in the context of said experience, the didactic technique that was executed and the recorded findings are presented; in particular how they serve as evidence for the inclusion of the Environmental Dimension in the college curriculum, in the learning situations provided to the student population.
