dc.description A partir dos personagens infantis: Píppi Meialonga, Momo, Eloíse e Grimble, pretende-se discutir aspectos presentes na apresentação de tais personagens e suas infâncias narradas de forma literária. Uma característica comum a essas personagens é a ausência da convivência com seus pais, embora em seus grupos de socialização e convivência existam adultos. Isso leva à ideia de que sejam personagens-crianças vivendo seu mundo infantil sem a tutela adulta, talvez um sonho ou um desejo de muitas crianças reais. Será mostrado como os seus autores os inserem em paisagens e cenários e lhes atribuem pensamentos e ações baseados em seus próprios projetos ou concepções de infância, muitas vezes nostálgica, romantizada ou sentimental. Algumas proposições serão feitas para ajudar a pensar se é possível tratar da infância com ausência de tutela adulta.<br>This article aims to discuss, from childlike characters: Píppi Longstocking, Mime, Eloíse and Grimble, some aspects in the presentation of such characters and their childhood narrated in literary way. A common characteristic to these characters is the absence of familiarity with their parents, though in their groups of socialization and familiarity there are some adults. Which leads to an initial idea of them as children-characters surviving in their childlike world without the adult protection, a dream or a wish of many real children? It will be shown how the authors insert them into landscapes and sceneries attributing to them thoughts and actions based on their owns projects or conceptions of childhood, very often nostalgic, romanticized or sentimental. Some propositions will be done to help thinking if it is possible to treat childhood without adult protection.
