dc.description	This article tries to show the importance of religion in the National Institute of female secondary education «Isabel la Católica», from the aspect of education to their influence on the life of the school by conducting various activities, such as the daily mass, etc. It is the study of religion teachers, their appointment, academic preparation and participation in educational and organizational work, to continue with an examination of religious education through the secondary education curriculum and formal questionnaires.<br>En este artículo se intenta mostrar la importancia que tenía la Religión en el Instituto Nacional Femenino de Enseñanza Media «Isabel la Católica», desde la vertiente de la enseñanza, hasta su influencia en la vida del centro, mediante la realización de diversas actividades, como eran la misa diaria, etc. Se parte del estudio del profesorado de Religión, su nombramiento, preparación académica y participación en las tareas educativas y organizativas, para continuar con un examen de la enseñanza de la Religión a través de los planes de estudios del Bachillerato y cuestionarios oficiales.
