dc.description . Influence of mental conditions of sportsmen is considered on efficiency of their sporting activity. In research took part a 21 student. A type of sport is a ski double-event. It is exposed, that for sportsmen before jumps and racings trainings the different settings are formed on their realization. During the clear setting on the concrete type of activity always training are successful. It is set that success in the jump training of determine sometimes reactions on an irritant and by time of operative search. Also by the error of reaction on a locomotive object, amplitudes of motions, by time of withholding of static equilibrium. Training success in ski races depends on the index of maximal amount of motions after 10 s., from an error at reproducing of rate of motions, from attitude of comfortable amount of motions toward maximal.
