dc.description Este estudio tuvo como propósito la determinación del perfil general de Estilos de Pensamiento de una muestra de 1.085 profesionales venezolanos, según el modelo de Cerebro Total de Herrmann, con el fin de compararlo con el obtenido previamente en una muestra de educadores provenientes de todos los niveles del sistema educativo venezolano. Los resultados de la investigación confirman de manera general la hipótesis del inadecuado aprovechamiento del potencial creativo en ambos grupos.<br>The aim of this study was the determination of the general profile of Thinking Styles of a sample of 1.085 Venezuelan professionals, according to the pattern of Total Brain of Herrmann, with the purpose of comparing it with the one obtained previously in a sample of educators coming from all the levels of the Venezuelan educational system. The results of the investigation confirm in a general way the hypothesis of the inadequate development of the creative potential in both groups.
