dc.description
Abstract
The accusation that the young student of the twenty-first century is not a reader has become common sense in the staffroom and in adult discussions. Awakening in the student the pleasure of the text has also been an arduous task for many teachers who see themselves within the walls of a school as tradicional as the Brazilian one. Without rejecting the importance of reading the classics, it is essential, however, that the school - and, metonymically, the teacher – must attract the student-reader to the new era of cyberliterature. This promoted a revolution in the history of reading – from codex to hypertext - and increased the role of the reader, who became more active, a hyper-reader, thereby clearing the role of author, once worthy of status. Whether through hyperfiction, hiperpoetry or metabooks, the cyberliterature recovers and continues the universal experimentation in writing, in sound and in image, opened by the European avant-garde and concrete poetry - virtual poetry embryo. Promote student interaction with poetry animated by computer - that is a new challenge for education.
