dc.description In the Address of the Republic of Kazakhstan’s President Nazarbayev N.A. «New Kazakhstan in the new world» with a view of maintenance of competitiveness of the country and its citizens the stage-by-stage realization of the cultural project «Triunity of languages» is offered. According to this project it is necessary to develop three languages, that is Kazakh as a state language, Russian as a language of interethnic dialogue and English as a language of successful integration into the global economy. Certainly, the leading factor of successful realization of this idea is the system of higher education, in particular, the process of professional training of the engineering students. In this article, the actual problems of the development of future technical bachelors’ foreign language competence in the conditions of Multilanguage educational environment are considered. With a view of information-methodical maintenance for the development of foreign language competence the teaching aids on a technical direction in foreign language for Kazakh and Russian groups are developed and implemented. The domination of English language strengthens the necessity of measures on the preservation of national languages and cultures which are carrying out the function of ethno cultural identity that is possible only at the purposeful policy of multilingualism.
