dc.description The analysis of the problems associated with the formation of somatic health formers by means of physical education. Found that increasing the number of students from different diseases and its mental stress contribute to the formation irrational adaptation to educational activity, the result of which - the emergence of difficulties in learning, increased acute and chronic ailments. It needs improvement of mode and rest during the school day, week and year, which is impossible without data on the dynamics of mental efficiency and effectiveness of existing recreation and with physical exercises. It is also important to improve the content of physical education formers, including use of non-traditional means to him. The above needs experimental testing and development on this basis effective in improving the content of tasks using the programs of physical education classes in various forms.
