dc.description The article considers the legislative norms which consolidated the different rights and opportunities of parliamentary and non-parliamentary parties of modern Russia. These restrictions determine unequal position of parties in the political system. Conclusions made in the article tell about necessity of alignment of the formal rights of parliamentary and non-parliamentary structures for effective functioning of the institute ofpolitical parties.
