dc.description The main purpose of this study was to evaluate, the consulting process of Human resources management on secondary schools, based on school managers’ views. This study is qualitative case study. The study sample included total three general high schools and six high schools’ manager in Ankara. The schools were purposefully selected and visited to carry out interviews. Purposeful sampling strategy was used to select participants in the schools. Individual interviews were used as the main data collection method. For this reason firstly, school managers were informed by telephone about research by the researcher. After one week, managers visited for interviews. A typical interview ran about 40 minutes, and interviews were tape recorded. Each recorded interview was later verbatim transcribed by the researcher. An interview form included 11 semi structured questions. The form used for the interview was developed by the researcher. The questions were about consulting process of human resources management on educational organizations. Thematiccontent analysis technique was used to analyze the interview data.According to the findings of the study, there are some problems related student affairs, personnel rights and educational curricula related to the consulting process in secondary schools. In addition, the data show that the students need help about examination system. Another research findings of the study are school personnel does nothave consulting habit and consulting process not carry out to realize organizational objectives. Also schools do not have enough expert personnel for carry out consulting process.
