dc.description Analysis of different points of view the concept of "deviation" can be considered as a violation of deviation behavior pronyatyh rules and regulations. To deviant behavior, among many forms, classified as vagrancy. "Deviation" is initially defined as anemia, was further proposed the concept of illegitimate opportunities and the concept of cultural conflict. Scientists have been, and cultural and gender aspects of the formation of deviant behavior, we propose a model of deviant career. The behavior was explained by ascribed status as homeless. Identified the causes of deviant, delinquent behavior: the state of destruction, the gap between the goals of society and the social means of approved implementation of these goals, gain a sense of insecurity, as well as mental disorders and the deformation process of socialization. Modern sociological concepts considered deviant behavior within the interactional and structural approaches. To increase the effectiveness of subsequent rehabilitation measures assumed complete theoretical study of the homeless, particularly homeless persons.
