dc.description For the beginning teachers the written preparation plays the key role. Perfectly thought and elaborated preparation is one of the conditions of the successfully managed teaching process. In practice we often meet many insufficiencies in its elaboration. These insufficiencies follow from the inexperience in the planning and managing of the educational process. Longterm pedagogical practice and the analytical-synthetical approach to work help to remove these faults.Pre začínajúcich učiteľov písomná príprava zohráva dôležitú úlohu. Dokonale premyslená a vypracovaná príprava je jedným z predpokladov úspešného zvládnutia vyučovacieho procesu. V praxi sa často stretávame s mnohými nedostatkami pri jej vypracovávaní. Tieto nedostatky vyplývajú z neskúsenosti plánovania a riadenia výchovno-vzdelávacieho procesu. Dlhodobá pedagogická prax a analyticko-syntetický prístup k práci napomáha postupne odstraňovať tieto chyby.
