dc.description Neste trabalho analisamos os discursos de dois licenciandos ao elaborarem um episódio de ensino com abordagem histórica do tema Questão Nuclear. Utilizamos, como referencial teórico, a Análise de Discurso, tal como divulgada no Brasil por Eni Orlandi. Observamos a forte influência da memória discursiva originada no Ensino Básico e Superior dos licenciandos. Os discursos produzidos compreenderam contradições e deslocamentos que os aproximaram dos discursos da pesquisa em ensino de Física.<br>In this article we analyze two undergraduate students' discourses when talking about a teaching chapter with a historical approach to the Nuclear Issue. Methodologically we make use of the discourse analysis, as it has become know in Brazil through Eni Orlandi. We observe the strong influence of undergraduate students' discursive memory generated during high school and university period. Their discourses contained contradictions and dislocations that were similar to those in education in physics' research discourses.
