dc.description In this work, appears several methodologies associated with in the specializing literature has been named as a practical training tradition, though, in this case, the analysis is opened to incorporate some tools that nowadays are used inside the space of the professional learning in order to establish processes of innovation organizational. The structure of analysis is the next one: First, a presentation about of the three innovative methodologies. Second, an analysis of the underlying processes of didactic communication. Thirdly, an exploration about of the conception of the professional in them. Finally, a brief description of the formative model who can develop using someone of his approaches: the reflexive prácticum.
