The present paper aims to discuss some of the outcomes of the globalization in terms of public speaking oriented behavior of the educational institutions. The first part of the article emphasizes the main contributors from Antiquity over the public – speaking in modern society and in the second part there are discussed the possible intervention methods developed within the Anglo-Saxon educational framework. |
