The purpose of this paper is to highlight the importance of considering the factor of word-of-mouth communications between clients when analyzing the innovation-based projects. The paper offers the methodology of evaluating the importance of such analyses for different innovative projects. Results of the research are in the specifying the demand forecasting at innovation-based projects outcomes forecasting. Practical implications lie at the evaluation of such projects, specially by small and medium-sized enterprises. |
