dc.description Purpose. Consider a graphical model of composition-sites of state and municipal government in the Altai region, according to the correct theoretical model to determine the features of sites of different authorities (unlike the design, content, process parameters sites municipal and federal governments). Methodology. To achieve the goal are used methods of content analysis and expert evaluation of the pilot sample sai-ing. Results. This study shows the feasibility of the proposed composition-graph model for sites of public authorities. The analysis of these parameters of the official government websites shows the frequency errors of the target audience, design, content, navigation and usability. Practical implications. Results can be used in the state and municipal management in the regional offices of federal agencies, local administrations of the Russian Federation, and municipalities.
