dc.description These days the field of education is in a positive way affected by the high amount of different teaching methods that are applied. The most frequent of these methods which incorporate information technologies is without a doubt the e-learning form of education. The afore mentioned information technologies provide the possibility to create variable instructional environments meeting demands and requirements of various types of students. It is therefore suitable to focus on constructing a learning environment tailored to a student’s needs, so called individualization of learning. Unlike semantic webs and other contemporary trends of learning individualization, it is a brand new original approach to learning individualization, which makes it possible to adapt learning materials, not just the “passing” through these materials or the user environment. The personalized learning is based on a module solution of the whole adaptive environment and it is divided into three parts – student module, author module and virtual teacher module.
