dc.description The optimum specialized complexes of physical exercises are developed for the increase of efficiency of physical preparation of operators of computer set. The analysis of publications is conducted on the topic of research. In an experiment four groups took part for 25 students. A model is offered from 8 complexes of exercises which are adapted for the operators of computer set. Differences are certain between the results of control and experimental groups in norms on track-and-field, to the gymnastics and sporting games.
