The article presents the main approaches to understanding the interaction of structures within global civil society, both in foreign and domestic political science. The purpose of this paper is the definition of international and national safety factors of the Russian Federation, taking into account the complexities of interaction of the country in a globalized world. Interpreted international and national factors to Russia's security in the light of globalization processes in the world. In the field of safety analyzes Russia's interaction with a number of states within international organizations such as the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization), APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation), EU, NATO. The article also gives the pros and cons of political globalization, Russia's role in these processes. It is noted that Russia needs to minimize the risk of global destabilization. You need to understand how to preserve and strengthen the sovereignty and integrity of the country, while guaranteeing its citizens individual rights and freedoms that make them full citizens of a global civil society. |
