dc.description	The article is about different levels of degrees offered by the Russian system of university education. The authors define the concept of “degree level” and introduce this notion into an operational vocabulary of the management. It is said that the Russian law “On education” outlines the multilevel approach to education and place emphasis on the importance of practical relevance of the existence of the multilevel system.
