dc.description	The low efficiency observed in the educational milieu is not only the responsibility of some inoperative educative systems; of the resignation of parents to follow up their children; of the lack or poor infrastructures in some countries; the socio politics, sociocultural and socioeconomic realities; the laziness or weakness of learners; etc. There are reasons inherent in the activity of the teacher and which does not permit to optimize the performance. In this study we'll slow down on the teacher whose responsibility in the process of teaching / Learning is undeniable. We interrogate in the first place his training which globally becomes weak and voluntary, and at times the consequence of social and economical circumstances. In the second place we interrogate the exploitation of knowledge. We are alluding to the teaching of E/LE through music, songs, tales, clothes, gastronomy etc. It is a matter not only of transmission of cultural items, but also other didactic mechanisms of motivation which help indubitably to ameliorate the output of the teachers as well as that of the learners of Spanish as a Foreign Language. Consequently, we are thinking that the well training of a teacher reveals the grade of education that the learners can receive and the failure in the function of the first leads to the failure of the last one. RESUMEN: El poco rendimiento observado en los medios escolares no es de la única responsabilidad de algunos sistemas educativos inoperantes; de la dimisión de los padres en el seguimiento de sus críos; de la falta o vetustez de infraestructuras en algunos países; de las realidades sociopolíticas, socioculturales y socio-económicas; tampoco de la pereza o debilidad de los alumnos; etc. Hay causas inherentes a la propia actividad docente que no permiten optimizar el rendimiento. En este estudio, nos fijamos en el docente cuya mayor responsabilidad en el proceso Enseñanza/Aprendizaje es innegable. Cuestionamos primero su formación que, en general, se vuelve blanda y benevolente, y a veces consecuencia de la coyuntura social y económica. En segundo lugar, cuestionamos la explotación de los saberes. Nos referimos precisamente a la enseñanza del Español como Lengua Extranjera (E/LE) a través de la música, las canciones, los cuentos, la vestimenta, la gastronomía, etc. Se trata aquí no sólo de vehículos de elementos culturales, sino también de otras herramientas didácticas de motivación que ayudan indudablemente a mejorar el rendimiento tanto de los propios docentes como de los discentes del E/LE. Pensamos por lo tanto que la cualificación de un profesor refleja el grado de educación que los discentes pueden recibir y que el fallo en la función del primero incita al fracaso de los últimos.
