dc.description	Neste artigo, pretende-se fazer uma revisão na literatura do Serviço Social relativamente à questão social. Busca-se, ainda, retratar o debate corrente sobre a existência de uma “nova questão social”, derivada das transformações pelas quais a sociedade capitalista vem atravessando desde os anos de 1970. Procura-se demonstrar que, em que pese estas transformações, a gênese da questão social continua sendo a mesma: a contradição inerente ao sistema capitalista e a exploração de uma classe social sobre a outra. <br> This article makes a literature review of Social Work about the social question. It refers to the current discussion about the existence of a “new social question”, originated by changes through what the capitalist society is crossed out, since the last thirty years. The text aims demonstrate that besides theses changes, the origin of social question is still the same: the inherent contradiction of the capitalist system and the exploitation of on class over the other.
