dc.description |
The aim of the article is the improvement of the system of training the boxers of different weight categories. The subject of the research is the competitive activity of sportsmen of national combined teams. Technique-tactical indexes of boxers, the participants of the World Championship (2007 y.) and XXIX Olympic Games, are approximately on the same level. According to the efficiency of conducting the fighting heavy-weight boxers considerably yield to the boxers of light categories. According to quantitative indexes (attack and defense) heavy-weight boxers considerably yield to the boxers of light categories. Correspondingly, during training the heavy-weight boxers should pay more attention to the development of quantitative parameters that is the development of physical state, the development of the maximal fast power and endurance; and at the same time the technique-tactical indexes of the heavy-weight group are rather high and on the level of light class sportsmen. |
