dc.description In this article was stated the influence of improving walking and running to the person's organism and were suggested practically recommendations of the leader experts in this sphere. It was examined 220 men and women of the middle age. It is shown three directions of choosing the balance of running loads. It is single out main motivations of the middle age people to the exercises of improving running. Regime of running with different heart rates and quickness were divided into three zones each of other have been analysed.
